Swapfiets is looking for an interim Member Growth Marketeer. We offer bike memberships to almost 300.000 active members in 8 different countries, ranging from experienced bikers to expats and delivery riders. As a Member Growth marketeer, your mission will be to retain and engage members, with the aim to increase our base size and profitability. 

You will be working in our Marketing team and will report to the Marketing Manager Acquisition & Retention. The role is on a temporary basis, to cover a 6-month maternity leave. How you pedal us forward

  • Lead campaigns, CRM initiatives, AB tests and initiate tech developments to improve customer retention and lifetime value

  • Work closely together with our channel marketeers and creative team to launch new multi-channel loyalty campaigns to drive upgrades, subscription extensions, cross-sell and engagement

  • Collaborate with our Data and Tech teams to develop new technical features (web/app/pricing/CRM)

  • Enable our operational staff and customer service department to contribute to the success of loyalty campaigns, promotional offers and new features

  • Keep track of roadmap initiatives, ensuring the right briefings and timeline management

  • Create useable and enriched data insights through current dashboards and AB tests, initiate and optimize Member surveys

  • Track success metrics (such as CLV, referrals, bike upgrades) and report out to management


The gear you need

  • Higher vocational working - and thinking level;

  • 6 - 8 years of relevant marketing experience (ideally in an e-commerce, retail or subscription environment);

  • Proven track-record in optimizing customer loyalty/ retention/ lifetime value;

  • Affinity with data and digital products (website, app, CRM);

  • Experienced with stakeholder management;

  • Team player, but also able to work & make decisions independently;

  • Excellent in English, other European languages (NL, DE, FR, DK, SP) are a plus.
