At Swapfiets, we’re on a mission to make biking the easy, sustainable choice for everyone. We keep our members on the go by providing a high-quality ride, including free check-ups and repairs. For our Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for a: Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist. This opportunity is open for 32 hours a week.
We are looking for a TA Specialist to join us and build a sustainable and high standard business. This is a role for an individual who has 1 - 3 years of experience, preferably in an international fast-paced environment with a focus on high volume recruitment, and operational management. You will play a critical role in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization where your contribution will make a visible impact every day. You can make a difference! As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a smooth hiring process for all the operational vacancies within a specific region. These include roles like Store & Field Leads, District Managers, Retail/Territory Managers, Warehouse/Logistic Managers and Mechanics. Next to that, there is of course room for projects to build our employee experience and employer brand.
You will be joining a team of TA specialists, all with different focus areas and expertise, so there is lots to learn from each other. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be a familiar face to many people within the company in no time!
How you pedal us forward
Find and hire awesome new team members for our operational roles;
Write and tweak job postings to make sure they stand out;
Keep our hiring process smooth and always look for ways to improve it;
Jump in on cool HR/Recruitment projects (think employer branding and candidate experience);
Get creative in finding new candidates through social media and other channels;
Keep our ATS system organized and up to date—no messy databases here!;
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and help them make great hiring decisions;
Help train managers on how to recruit like a pro;
Make sure candidates and hiring managers have a top-notch experience and meet our hiring goals;
Hunt down the best talent for those hard-to-fill roles (hello, LinkedIn!).
The gear you need
You have got an enthusiastic and eager personality who is able to keep structure and to manage efficient processes. You always make sure that every candidate is having a great candidate experience. Next to this, you have got:
Around 1 - 3 years of working experience as a TA Specialist;
Full 360 recruitment experience;
You speak English & German (mandatory);
Some experience with employer branding;
Proactive;
Good at building and maintaining relationships.
