This role is available until the end of 2025, with the possibility to extend. The goal of this role is to ensure smooth, efficient execution of the tactical Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process by translating long-term Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) plans into clear, weekly actions. It focuses on balancing demand and supply, managing inventory levels, and maintaining high service performance while optimizing logistics costs. By coordinating closely with cross-functional teams and making data-driven decisions, the role helps prevent stock issues, supports repair scheduling, and drives continuous improvement across short-term supply chain operations.

How you pedal us forward!

• Responsible for running and improving the tactical Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process. This role helps turn long-term Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) goals into clear, week-by-week actions to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

• Works closely with the logistics manager and lead to handle day-to-day planning, ensuring demand and supply stay balanced, risks are managed, and deliveries happen on time. Keeps a close eye on inventory levels and key stock metrics to guide supply decisions—especially in tight stock situations—by aligning with the Supply Chain Manager or Commercial Lead on allocation priorities.

• Also plays a key role in keeping service levels high while optimizing transport and handling costs. Helps with detailed repair scheduling to make sure weekly repair plans match demand.

• Supports smooth supply chain operations, including truck planning, and works closely with marketing, stores, and logistics teams to share updates, gather input, and solve short-term issues.

• Flags potential out-of-stock risks, tracks KPIs, analyses performance data, and provides reports to identify areas for improvement. Also pitches in with the S&OP process and other supply chain activities when needed.

The gear you need!

• Should be available immediately

• Higher vocational / academic working and thinking level on a technical/supply chain level;

• 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience;

• Supply chain expert with advanced knowledge of S&OE and S&OP.

• Minimum 1 year of working on planning processes as decision maker

• Social, approachable team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical & data skills and ability to transform them into a comprehensive plan.

• Fluent in English and local language (nice to have).
