Do you enjoy playing host or hostess? Do you want to put a big smile on our member's face by providing awesome service and performing small bike repairs in the shop? Are you looking for a fun, flexible job at a fast-growing sustainable scale-up? Then this is the job you’re looking for!

How you pedal us forward!

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;

• You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have

• You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized

• Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members

• You will perform smaller bike repairs on site at the shop, so our members can happily keep biking.

The gear you need!

• Available to work 37.5 hours per week on weekdays, with occasional availability on Saturdays;

• Understand and speak English;

• Affinity with bikes and service;

• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!
