As a Logistics Coordinator, you are an essential part of Swapfiets's logistics operation. 
In addition to the tasks and responsibilities of a Logistics Operator - such as executing day-to-day logistics, inventory management, and following safety guidelines - you take on additional coordinating responsibilities and provide active support to the Logistics Lead.

How you pedal us forward!

• Assist in organizing workload distribution on the floor; 

• Oversee workload distribution, the truck schedules and  warehouse space allocation, and daily loading/unloading activities.

• First point of contact for Logistic Operators for questions and light escalations;

• Share knowledge with the team, supports in training and onboarding;

• Assist the Logistics Lead in daily operations, such as placing orders, crate mapping and key ordering;

• Maintain optimum level of spare parts and process stores spare parts orders on weekly basis

• Ensure logistics processes adherence and manage all process documentation in SAP

• Execute day-to-day (E-)Bike logistics between warehouse and stores including loading/unloading trucks;

• Loading/unloading trucks, documentation, and waste handling;

• Prepare bikes to Ready-to-Go standard (unpacking, cleaning, checks) and pre-sort broken or exception units for mechanics

• Maintain scanning discipline of bikes to ensure 100% correct location status

• Keep warehouse and company vehicles in top shape (organization, tools, cleanliness, readiness)

• Handle keys, battery, and waste management
  
  
  

The gear you need!

• Understand and speak English and/or Dutch;

• Must have a motor driving license category B
