What does your Swapfiets Ride look like?
I joined as a Swapper in 2022. About 3 months later, a position for Store and Field Lead came up, which I applied for and moved into. Six months after that, I was promoted to Senior Store and Field Lead, and as of September, I transitioned into the Country Manager position – It’s been quite a ride!

What do you like most about working at Swapfiets?
One of the main things for me is the culture. I've worked in various places, and this culture really sets itself apart. It's very supportive, allowing for a lot of progression and offering plenty of support along the way. Besides that, there are many opportunities to learn, and there are a lot of clever people within the company to learn from, which I love.
