What does your Swapfiets ride look like?
I currently work as the Logistics Lead for the region of North Germany, which includes Hamburg and Hannover. I started as a minijobber, working as a Swapper, then mechanic, fieldswapper, swapdesk, store mechanic and storehero! I have started working full-time in October 2023 and became the new Logistics Lead 3 months later. If I have to draw my ride in Swapfiets, it would be long line on a blank sheet that ends in a tree and now the goal is to bear and harvest the right fruit!
What does your Swapfiets ride look like?

The last few years have taught me patience and strengthened my resilience and also developed my self-confidence. I have the feeling of being heard and seen, a feeling of being a part of the whole. This gives me the courage to make decisions every day and take responsibility for the results.

What do you like most about working at Swapfiets?
Very good leadership at our region and at the HQ. On top of that, the company philosophy, the support among each other and the team spirit are always my main motivators. Also, here, I am often asked when a creative or innovative solution is required. I really enjoy having the leeway to develop a proposed solution.
