My Swapfiets journey started in 2018 at the Amsterdam WH as a mechanic and after some time I stepped into the role of Lead Mechanic in Haarlem. I always had the ambition work at the HQ, where I can reach more people. After a few years, I realized that my true passion lies in technical training and facilitation, so since 2022, I’ve been working as a Quality Controller and Repair Specialist. In my current role, I visit the warehouses to ensure the outgoing quality of our locally repaired bikes on safety. Providing guidance on training content, methods and work instructions, while also giving trainings at the HQ so everyone can have an understanding on what is going on at the Operations are another big part of the job.
