As the new Project Manager for the E-bike Implementation, you’re the connector and main point of contact between our suppliers and the different departments within the company - using your excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth transition into the new era of Swapfiets. Are you a Stakeholder Manager at heart, who is good at following up and ensuring all parties are cognisant of our internal roadmap? And do you enjoy collaborating with both the Marketing team and the engineering squad to bring out the best of both? Then we have the perfect role for you where you can bring the best e-bike to market for our customers for the next generations!

How you pedal us forward

• You are a great communicator with a background in account management, where you feel confident in leading meetings with suppliers and following up with external parties based on our needs and requirements;

• You will be reporting on the implementation processes and Key metrics of the projects to senior management and stakeholders;

• You have a strategical mindset - challenging the status quo and executing a comprehensive implementation roadmap for new e-bike systems within Swapfiets;

• You are a data champion and know your way around new AI-tools;

• You ensure a smooth roll-out of new e-bike models in our operations - providing training and guidance to bike mechanics and logistics operators;

• You'll work closely with commercial teams to determine the best way to introduce new e-bikes to the market, including aspects like pricing and positioning alongside our existing products

• You will bring a clear vision on the company’s roadmap and know how to manage E-system and IoT suppliers, ensuring their longevity and future proofing their usage so that we can benefit from it for years to come;
  
  

  The gear you need

• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager, ideally within the Cycling industry

• Fluent in English (Dutch is a nice to have!)

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

• Great internal connector between various departments

• Industry knowledge of consumer products: knowledge on bringing a product from idea towards the market introduction

• Pragmatic decision maker
