Your goal? Very simple: you make our members and colleagues super happy! Swapfiets stands for Service, with a capital S. You make sure our members experience our great service every day. You are a frontrunner when it comes to delivering service and you set a good example for your team.

How you pedal us forward

• You are responsible for the daily store & field management in your city

• You spend approximately 10-20 hours per week in the shop to greet customers and be a part of the Swapper team

• 20-30 hours are spent managing the service team (our so called Swappers) with different responsibilities (Store, Field, repair, and bike hunters), and train them to deliver top notch customer service

• You take care of the on-boarding and off-boarding of new team members and think along to make this process even better

• You are the face of the Swapfiets Store & Field service in the region and ultimately provide epic service to our customers

• You are the link between the Swappers, our members and the District Manager of your area

• You are responsible for local HR and recruitment

• You create and run local marketing activations to increase brand perception in your city

• You are responsible for managing and improving the city's efficiency, cost control and revenue growth

• Driving sales through service on a daily basis with the team, and thereby hitting commercial targets

The gear you need

• You speak English fluently and Dutch

• You ideally have a driver’s license

• You’ve got an amazing customer focus and know how to put a smile on our members’ faces

• Affinity for bikes - prior bike mechanic experience is a plus, but not mandatory (we teach you everything you need to know!)

• You prefer to work independently and can therefore make the right decisions

• You feel good about your day when every member got great service and your team worked hard and was motivated

• With your help everybody knows what to do, you always communicate clearly and honestly

• You live in Maastricht and you know the city like the back of your hand
