Swapfiets is immediately looking for Service & Store Associates! (Part time 24 hours) 🚲

Are you equally comfortable with navigating busy streets and striking up conversations with anyone and everyone? And are you that multitasker who carries out small repairs, drives around in the Swapcar and provides awesome service to our members? Then we are looking for you!

Join our fast-growing, sustainable scale-up as a Store & Field Service Assistant and be the hero of the day by providing awesome customer service, fixing bikes on locations, and delivering smiles (and bikes!) to our members. What do we offer you?

- Your own Swapfiets🚲 (lease); 

- Flexible or fixed working hours/days possible. Monday (8h30-17h), Wednesday (11h-19h), Friday (8h30-17h). 

- Become part of Swapfiets's fun operation! Our regular team meetings always include food/drinks and a good time, while we also do bigger team events :-) 

- We offer a lot of responsibility, challenging and dynamic work; 

- Growth possibilities within Swapfiets (you can even move cities or countries with us!); 

- No seasonal work - we work all year round!

 What will you be doing? - Driving the recovery target by finding stolen bikes; 

- Scanning Swapfiets bikes on the street during city sweeps 

- Getting back missing (or bad debt) e-bikes with an active GPS-tracker;

- Picking up bikes at the municipality depot and bringing them to the warehouse;

- Register recovered bikes in our internal systems;

- Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets bikes on site, so our members can happily keep biking; 

- Swap out bikes, if they can’t be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse;

Who are we looking for?

- In possession of a driver's license that is valid in the EU (for a minimum of 6 months); 

- Affinity with bikes and service; 

- Fluent in English and the local language;  

- Experience in working alone & being able to make decisions; 

- Flexible availability from Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift;
