How you pedal us forward!
Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;
You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have
You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized
Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members
You will perform smaller bike repairs on site at the shop, so our members can happily keep biking
The gear you need!
Available to work a minimum of 9 hours per week on weekdays, with occasional availability on Saturdays;
Understand and speak English and Dutch;
Affinity with bikes and service;
Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
