At Swapfiets, we’re on a mission to make cities more liveable through smart, simple mobility. Our Data Team plays a central role in that mission, and we’re looking for a Data Specialist who loves turning business questions into clear, reliable data products.

You’ll join our Data Product & Intelligence team, where analytics engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and enablement come together. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, real impact, and lots of room to grow.

What you’ll spend most of your time on

• Owning and building end-to-end data products that support teams across the business

• Designing, optimising, and maintaining data models and metrics (Snowflake + dbt)

• Working closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into scalable data solutions

Alongside that, you’ll:

• Contribute to improvements in our data architecture and reporting layer

• Help raise the bar on data quality, governance, and trust

• Enable colleagues through training and collaboration, helping them become more data-driven

• Support AI initiatives, such as improving our internal analytics agent

This role is a great fit if you

• Have 2–7 years of experience in analytics, BI, data, or analytics engineering

• Are strong in SQL and know the basics of Python

• Enjoy working with stakeholders and explaining data in a clear, practical way

• Like combining technical work with real business impact

• Get energy from helping others use data better

Experience with tools like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, dbt, GitHub, and Atlan is a plus — but not a must.
