For our Marketing team we are looking for a: digital marketing intern who gets new customers excited to join Swapfiets and thinks about ways to keep customers with Swapfiets as long as possible.
Your goal
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern with a focus on getting new members excited about joining Swapfiets. Besides that your main goal will be to improve the loyalty and engagement of our current members. As our intern you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a dynamic environment where you can collaborate with our marketing team. You will be working on different projects to assist our pricing marketeer in improving our acquisition strategy & execution. Also, you will work on projects to improve loyalty of our members across our 8 markets. In addition you will be supporting our marketing department with researching market trends, competitor’s pricing and contributing to the analysis of our campaign performance and customer loyalty.

Your responsibilities
Support in promo & pricing projects; setting up prices, analyzing promotions, updating landing page content & creating voucher codes;
Assist in planning & executing campaigns for Spring and introduction weeks
Work on projects that increase the customer lifetime value;
Explore new market trends that could improve overall acquisition & retention goals;
Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, promotions & overall proposition;
Perform data analysis to optimize CRM strategies and improve customer engagement;
Support efforts to refine and enhance the referral program strategy.

Your profile
You are a student in the field of business administration, marketing or analytics. You are enthusiastic about marketing, loyalty and analytics and you are ready to improve your skills together with us at Swapfiets. You will jump in right in time as we are planning to make a big impact with a renewed acquisition and retention strategy.
You’ll bring:
Minimum HBO-working and thinking level
Interested in the newest marketing strategies & data
Analytical skills
Detail oriented
Fluent in English
Available for four days per week
Hands-on mentality
Preferred start date is March 2025
Minimum internship period is 5 months
