Swapfiets has bikes, lots of bikes. A large part of these bicycles is stored in our warehouses. If you have 3 years working experience, a background in Logistics and are passionate about leading a team: then don't look any further! You will work hands-on in our Warehouse Den Bosch and lead the Logistics Team and daily operations 💪


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage Logistics (First deliveries, Drop-Offs, In/outbound, Exchanges and Bike Handling) with a team of 7 colleagues
  • Drive operational excellence and improvement of stock accuracy and logistics processes
  • Drive flow optimization by solving logistics problems
  • Manage outbound loading of products and regional and local transportation between warehouses and stores
  • Manage the minimum stock levels of spare parts at the warehouse
  • Be the front(wo)man on the floor and lead by example
  • Organize stock counts and be the owner of product movement tracking data
  • Help team to grow in structure and discipline

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • >3 years of relevant working experience
  • Background in supply chain/logistics
  • A drivers license B (valid in EU)
  • Affinity with bikes, service and logistics
  • Fluent in English
  • Pre: Experience in leading operational teams
  • Pre: Loves data driven decision making
  • Able to work fulltime in the Warehouse Den Bosch
