For our Acquisition and Retention team, we are looking for a Junior B2B Partnership Manager to play a key role in growing our B2B business through account management, new business development, and commercial growth projects. Swapfiets B2B works with organisations of all sizes to offer employees a sustainable and hassle free mobility solution. In this role, you will be in direct contact with both existing and potential business customers and play a key role in growing our B2B portfolio.
You will manage and grow B2B accounts by building strong relationships and visiting customers to understand their needs and spot opportunities. At the same time, you will actively work on new business by following up on inbound leads and outbound leads. From the first conversation to closing, onboarding, and follow up, you will own deals end to end.
In addition, you will contribute to and initiate growth projects that help scale B2B. This could include improving marketing email flows, optimizing customer onboarding, or testing new ways to acquire, engage and retain customers.
You will be part of the Acquisition and Retention team, made up of sales and marketers from different specialties such as performance, email, CRM, and pricing. The team also collaborates closely with the brand and creative team, giving you close collaboration with and insight into a wide range of growth and marketing disciplines.
How you pedal us forward
• Build and manage strong relationships with existing B2B customers, including regular check ins and on customer visits
• Drive new business growth by following up on inbound leads and working outbound leads generated via Apollo and other tools
• Own B2B deals end to end, from first contact to proposal, closing, onboarding, and follow up
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and across the B2B funnel
• Initiate and contribute to commercial growth projects to help scale and optimize B2B processes
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track and report on B2B performance, pipeline, and account health
• Support ad hoc commercial and operational tasks when needed, while actively looking for ways to improve and automate processes

The gear you’ll need

• You are motivated to grow accounts, close deals, and take ownership
• You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a commercial, sales, account management, or growth role
• You have HBO level working and thinking ability
• You are interested in acquisition, retention, and commercial growth
• Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
• Affinity with CRM systems, for example HubSpot, is a plus
• You are flexible and open to visiting customers
