As a Key Hero in our warehouse in Amsterdam, you are the essential link in our operations. You are responsible in ensuring key operational excellence by handling priority requests within 24 hours, maintaining on-time AXA replenishment, and achieving high accuracy in key stock counts.
In close cooperation with the Local warehouse team, other warehouses within country, the customer service and the Store & Field team.
How you pedal us forward!
You coordinate daily operations and organize team meetings that keep everyone motivated.
As Mechanic Lead, you also support HR processes such as recruiting, performance management, sick leave, and vacation planning.
Processing key requests from Warehouse and members: receive order, pick, pack and ship.
Stock management key levels, including maintaining digital database
Intake of keys from suppliers or new bikes
Ordering new keys AXA
Process returned keys from bounced shipment or found keys at location
Clean and clear storage area of all keys
Additional responsibilities logistics operator (when not driving the truck)
The gear you need!
You have relevant experience as a logistic coordinator or in a comparable technical field and possess strong stock control knowledge.
You know how to coach and inspire colleagues.
You are available full-time.
You have a strong eye for detail and work very accurately.
Good with numbers
You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English.
You are passionate about bikes.
