How you pedal us forward!

• As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;

• Providing excellent service to our customers;

• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;

• Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;

• Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;

The gear you need!

• In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 2 years);

• Available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week on weekdays;

• Understand and speak English and/or Dutch;

• Affinity with bikes and service;

• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
