Once I discovered that I had an affinity for bikes, I took the leap to join Swapfiets. I started as a Technician, which is an apprentice bike mechanic. After an internal training program, in which I was guided and trained by a buddy, I got promoted to Mechanic. Following that, I became a Master Mechanic, in which I mentored, trained and guided new colleagues. When I naturally took on more responsibility, it was a logical step to become a Mechanic Lead. However, I always had the ambition to grow further. And here I am today: Warehouse Manager.
