Swapfiets has bikes, lots of bikes. A large part of these bicycles is stored in our warehouses. If you have at least 5 years working experience including leading a team, a background in Logistics or Supply Chain and are looking for an exciting job in a fast-growing scale-up: then don't look any further!

Your responsibilities:

• Manage Logistics Operations in Amsterdam & Haarlem

• Lead, guide and coach team of Logistics Operators

• Absence management and scheduling for team

• Long-term capacity planning and advising of warehouse manager

• Drive operational excellence to improve stock accuracy and logistics processes

• Manage in/outbound loading of bikes and regional and local transportation between warehouses and stores

• Manage healthy stock levels in alignment with HQ Supply Chain

• Manage the spare parts stock room at the warehouse

• Organize stock counts and be the owner of product movement tracking data

Requirements 

Your profile:

• >5 years of relevant working experience 

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in leading a team

• Background in supply chain/logistics

• Affinity with bikes, sustainability and scale-up environment

• Strong people management skills, leading by example

• Analytical & data driven

• Solid stakeholder management

• Fluent in English
