For our People Experience team, we are looking for a Full-time Learning & Performance Specialist. This opportunity is open for 40 hours a week.

How you pedal us forward

Are you a creative and talented learning specialist with some experience in the field? Are you not afraid to get your hands dirty and know a thing or two about project management? Are you ready to rock the development of all our people? This might be something for you!

• You’re responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our in-house learning journeys to contribute to our Swapfiets employees’ growth - those journeys can be for their personal and professional development and are based on the current learning needs of our Swapfiets team members.

• You coordinate and align the upcoming projects and main focuses of the learning journeys with the HR Business Partners and with the other Learning Specialists to provide the best experience to our colleagues.

• You know how to extend learning by creating and updating foundational performance management cycle and practices.

• You’re searching for continuous improvement in our Learning & Development processes by evaluating, adapting, and improving the programs based on data and feedback.

• Another one of your responsibilities will be building and maintaining our online learning environment, ensuring that the training is relevant and provides the necessary knowledge base for new joiners and employees wanting to grow internally.

• You will be available for personal coaching and functional learning and will become the go-to person when it comes to answering any questions our colleagues might have regarding learning at Swapfiets.

• You will investigate and map out (Swapfiets) competencies for relevant target groups;

• You will be enabling the organisation with change management capabilities and providing them with the necessary tools to succeed.

• If needed, you set guidelines and coordinate learning programs together with external learning parties and/or coaches;

• You will be involved in the talent review process by implementing performance management and succession planning to ensure a future-proof team.

The gear you need

• You are a spider-in-the web and are excited about working closely together with the business to create the best-fitting development solutions.

• You have 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• You speak English on a near native level (Dutch is a nice-to-have)

• You have worked in a similar role within L&D and/or performance management in an organisational context, and you have experience in creating e-learning and other training (programs) and/or workshops from scratch.

• Project and program management comes naturally to you, and you are comfortable managing stakeholders.

• You have experience with training a group and feel comfortable, no matter the audience type/

• You have an eye for detail, making every learning opportunity an amazing experience.
