We are looking for a  Partnership & Member Growth Intern to help expand Swapfiets’ local presence through creative partnerships, events and collaborations. In this role, you will focus on identifying and building relationships with local partners that align with the Swapfiets brand. You will help create and participate in low-cost collaboration opportunities that increase brand visibility and attract new members. From reaching out to potential partners and setting up small events, you will play an active role in bringing the brand closer to the community. This role offers plenty of room for initiative, you are encouraged to bring your own ideas and experiment with new ways to promote Swapfiets locally. Would you like to gain hands-on experience in partnerships and community-driven marketing while helping more people discover Swapfiets? Then Swapfiets is the place for you.

How you pedal us forward!

• Identify and research potential local partnerships that align with Swapfiets and help expand our presence.

• Reach out to potential partners and support the development of low-cost collaboration opportunities.

• Contribute ideas for creative growth initiatives that increase brand awareness and attract new members.

• Help set up and execute local and promotional moments in partner locations (e.g. info stands, pop up events, etc.).

• Support marketing visibility in partner spaces (e.g. flyers, giveaways, etc.).

• Share insights from partnerships and activations to help improve our local growth and marketing approach.

The gear you’ll need!

• You have a strong commercial affinity, are outgoing, proactive, and eager to take initiative - your study background is less important than your mindset and energy;

• You are interested in marketing campaigns;

• Available to work independently and remotely.

• Fluency in English and Dutch;

• You live in Antwerp or nearby; 

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters;

• You are eligible for an internship under a Stageovereenkomst agreement;

• You are available to start from April onwards;

• You are available for a minimum of two months.
