As the warehouse and logistics manager for the north region, I am responsible for covering Enschede, Leeuwarden, Zwolle, and Groningen. I have never had a dull moment, and there is always energy and new challenges to keep me on my toes. But what I love most about my job is the people. I started as an Intern and now lead Logistics.
I started as an intern in the continuous improvement (CI) department, working a lot in the warehouse. I spent a lot of time on the floor and in operations, learning how the company worked from the ground up. As the logistic lead of Swapfiets, I spend a lot of time in the warehouse, making observations and working on projects to improve efficiency. One of my biggest challenges is improving the capacity of the repair center. Despite never having driven a bicycle before, I ended up at Swapfiets!
