Swapfiets has bikes, lots of bikes. A large part of these bicycles is stored in our warehouses. If you have 1-3 years working experience, a background in Logistics and are looking for a good job in a fast-growing scale-up: then don't look any further!

How you pedal us forward:

• Coordinate daily tasks, host team meetings, inform, and motivate the team to achieve daily targets

• Responsible for team development & local fleet management;

• Manage up to 100 crafters per month to and from stores with up to 6 logistics employees;

• Lead, coordinate and schedule the work of logistics operators

• Responsible for recruitment and all HR related tasks 

• Schedule inbound product deliveries & spare parts to the warehouse and coordinate outbound loading of products and all transportation between warehouse and stores 

• Responsible for accurate stock in the system and be the owner of product movement tracking data

• Responsible for all reverse logistics including picking up bikes at the municipality depot 

• Lead process for inventory management of (E-)Bike and parts to keep healthy data up to date;

• Measure the number of logistics movement and process time for inbound/outbound

The gear you need:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience

• Background in supply chain/logistics

• A drivers license and solid driving experience

• Affinity with bikes, service and logistics

• Proven skills in data analytics / forecasting

• Fluent in English and ideally Dutch
