Do you know the city like the back of your hand? Are you a multi-tasker who can be friendly to a customer while driving through the city in our Swapvehicles? Are you looking for a cool, flexible job at a fast-growing scale-up? Do you enjoy playing the host? Don’t wait any longer and apply!
How you pedal us forward
As a field Swapper your job is to drive around by van or car delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;
Providing excellent service to our customers;
Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;
Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;
Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;
Bringing the recovered bikes back to our warehouse in a big van;
The gear you need
In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);
Available to work full time on weekdays, with occasional availability on Saturdays;
Able to work from our warehouse, located in Brøndby;
Understand and speak English (Danish is a plus);
Affinity with bikes and service;
Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
