Your responsibilities

• Promotes the member experience;

• You’re the first point of contact for (potential) customers in store;

• Works 100% of the time in the shop and provides excellent customer service to members and potential members, while increasing the value of the customer’s basket;

• You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized;

• Drives upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members;

• You will repair on site at the shop.

Your profile

• Secondary vocational education working or thinking level;

• Affinity with retail, bikes and service;

• Fluent in Dutch and English;
  

• Available for up to 20 hours a week
