As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Operations Central Europe you’ll be responsible for a smooth hiring process for all the operational vacancies within this region. These include roles like Store & Field Leads, District Managers, Retail/Territory Managers and Warehouse/Logistic Managers. Next to this, you'll work on projects that add value to the talent acquisition strategy and employer branding of Swapfiets.
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team based at our HQ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The team consists of an a.i. Head of TA, a TA Lead and three other TA specialists/recruiters and a TA intern. Together you are at the start of bringing talent acquisition to a higher level!
Recruit, select and hire employees for all vacancies within the Swapfiets operations Central Europe (including guidance with swappers and bike mechanics vacancies).
Set up collaborations with the right parties, for example with universities for campus recruitment.
Support vacancies in gathering additional candidates through social media or other channels.
Keep the ATS system (Recruitee) updated for the operational vacancies.
Write (translate) and publish (new) vacancy texts.
You will be responsible for local translation of the operational vacancies.
Conduct interviews for HAY 10 roles and up.
Help with HR/Recruitment related projects.
Keep track of the local recruitment budget.

You have got an enthusiastic and eager personality who is able to keep structure and to manage efficient processes. You always make sure that every candidate is having a great candidate experience. Next to this you have got:
Higher vocational thinking level.
Around 1-2 years of relevant working experience (it would be really great if you have gained some recruitment experience already or if you have been working in the operations and got familiar with recruitment like that).
You speak English and German (Danish and/or French is a plus!)
