For our Talent Acquisition Team, we are looking for a: Full time Talent Acquisition Specialist (Ops/HQ). This opportunity is open for 32-40 hours a week.
We are continuing our growth journey in our expansion in Europe! Hence, we are looking for a Recruiter to join us and build a sustainable and high standard business. This is a role for an individual who has 2-3 years of experience in preferably an international fast-paced environment with a focus on high volume recruitment. You will play a critical role in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization where your contribution will make a visible impact every day. You can make a difference! As our Talent Acquisition Specialist (Ops/HQ), you’ll be responsible for a smooth hiring process for all the operational vacancies within this region. These include roles like Store & Field Leads, District Managers, Retail/Territory Managers, Warehouse/Logistic Managers and Mechanics. Besides that, you will work on a specific set of HQ positions like customer service and internships. Next to that, there is of course room for projects to build our employee experience and employer brand.
You will be joining a team of 7 TA specialists with all different focus areas and expertise, so lots to learn from each other. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist (Ops/HQ) you will be a familiar face to many people within the company in no time!
Recruit, select and hire employees for operational and HQ positions;
Writing (translating) and publishing (new) vacancy texts;
Executing and improving the recruitment process;
Helping out with HR/Recruitment related projects (employer branding, experience etc);
Support vacancies in gathering additional candidates through social media or other channels;
Keeping track of the local recruitment budget;

You have got an enthusiastic and eager personality who is able to keep structure and to manage efficient processes. You always make sure that every candidate is having a great candidate experience. Next to this, you have got:
Higher vocational thinking level - Preferably HR/Psychology;
Around 2-3 years of working experience as in-house high volume recruiter
You speak the English & Dutch (mandatory) language.
