Your goal

We are growing! The only way we can realize our growth is by hiring the right talent and that is where you come in. You are passionate about recruitment and are ready to lead the TA team at Swapfiets while also being operational yourself too. In this role, you will report to the Head of TA a.i. who will guide you to set the vision & strategy for 2022. 

In your first months you will work closely with the Head of TA a.i. to decide on the best actions to take to scale TA to the next level. You will be leading the Talent Acquisition Specialists and interns. 

You will also work closely together with the people and the management team and insure a great candidate journey at all times.  But even more important; you are the one with original ideas to make sure that the talent we will hire will help us reach our goal to become the #1 micro-mobility brand in the world!

Your responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop the Talent Acquisition Team;
  • Responsible for recruiting, selecting and hiring Senior Management + Tech within Swapfiets (you also don't mind to help out the team with any other type of vacancies at busy times);
  • Setting up a global talent acquisition strategy;
  • Responsible for setting up the employer branding of Swapfiets;
  • Using recruitment metrics to develop a Talent Acquisition strategy;
  • Writing and publishing (new) vacancy texts based on the role descriptions;
  • Setting guidelines for the global recruitment process;
  • Responsible for the agency management;
  • Setting up and maintaining a Data Driven Talent;
  • Responsible for determining the recruitment budget, recruitment volumes based on the workforce planning;
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics to the management team.

Job requirements

Your profile
You can’t wait to find the best talent for Swapfiets and collaborate as a team. You like to work in a fast paced environment where you can really start creating a structure and plan for the future. 

Next to this you will bring:

  • Higher vocational working and thinking level.

  • 6-10 years of relevant working experience (you managed a team before), preferably in a fast growing organisation.

  • Able to switch between strategic and operational tasks.

  • Knowledge of ATS systems.

  • Creative in finding new talent, familiar with several job boards/recruitment channels and sourcing possibilities.

  • Excellent in English & in German/French or Dutch
