Swapper / Store Service - London (P/T)

Your Responsibilities 

• Working in our Swapfiets Store assisting customers that come in for collections, drop-offs and with questions
• Providing excellent service to our customers
• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes
• Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes
• Work between 8 - 20 hours a week as part of a young and dynamic team of Swappers.

Your Profile 

• Minimum age of 18
• Working experience in Retail 
• Affinity with bikes and service
• Fluent in English
• Salary: London Living Wage (£11.95)
