We are Swapfiets 

We are Swapfiets - the first bike subscription worldwide. With our concept, we are turning the bicycle world upside down. It all started as a start-up in Delft (Holland) with 40 used bicycles, and now you can find us in more than 50 cities in 9 countries with our self-designed bicycles. How did we do it? With our one of a kind service - Celebrated by more than 250,000 happy Swapfiets members. But we want to achieve even more, and for that we need you!

Your Mission 
You live and breathe our extraordinary Swapfiets service as part of our Swapfiets Store team and your charming personality puts a smile on every member’s face.

• New members love you - you support them with their Swapfiets, so they can cycle happily ever after

• For existing members, you do small repairs on the Swapfiets, so they always have a functioning bike

• If a repair is not possible, you swap the bike, so our Swapfiets keep on rolling

• You pay attention to comfort and order in the store

Your Profile 

• In possession of a driver's licence (for a minimum period of 6 months);
• Affinity with bikes and service;
• Fluent in German and/or English
