YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;

• Working in our Swapfiets Store assisting customers that come in for collections, drop-offs and with questions;

• Providing excellent service to our customers;

• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;

• Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;

• Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;

• Work a minimum of 12 hours a week (max 40) as part of a young and dynamic team of Swappers.

YOUR PROFILE

• In possession of a driving licence (for a minimum period of 6 months);
• Affinity with bikes and service;
• Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
• You live in or near the city.
