This is a role for an individual who has 3-5 years of experience in preferably an international fast-paced environment. For our Product Team we are looking for a: Full Time Supply Planner. This opportunity is open for 40 hours a week.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

As our Supply Planner you will be an essential part and partner of our product team to make sure we have enough bike parts ready to go at any given time. You will be coordinating short-term deliveries to our global warehouse and you will help out with the data management of product ordering. Next to that, you will have a close collaboration with the demand planner to make sure whe know which products are needed by when.

You will be one of the most important assets to monitor our stock flow, keeping the supplier portfolio up to date and to find creative ways to fill stock gaps. In this role you will be working closely with our Quality Manager and Purchasers. You preferably have experience in a fast paced environment working with similar products. Next to that you have a high level of professionalism and you can work efficiently in a team environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Sending out orders for bike parts at wholesalers to fulfill short term shortages in stock;

  • Documenting all sent orders and shipments in a structured manner;

  • Supporting the data management of product ordering;

  • First point of contact for our operational team regarding parts;

  • Monitoring stock levels of components;

  • Keeping the supplier portfolio up to date;

  • Finding creative solutions to fill the stock gaps.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Higher vocational working and thinking level;

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in the logistic field;

  • Experience with planning processes;

  • Advanced Excel skills;

  • Knowledge of the bike industry is a nice to have;

  • Fluent in English.
