We opened in France in 2020 and are now active in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Strasbourg and Toulouse. We are on a mission to lead the movement to more liveable cities across Europe. Currently we have over 220,000 members on a blue tire.
Do you want to join our growth in France? Then look no further because we’re looking for a Store and Field manager to look after 5 french cities!
As the Store and Field Manager France you manage the operations in Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Strasbourg and Toulouse. You will be the span break between Benjamin (General Manager Southern Europe and UK) and the Store and Field leads in those cities.
Our members are always (y)our #1 priority and excellent service is what you stand for. You enjoy making sure that all stores are equipped according to our Retail standards. Next to that you are a natural leader and no problem is too big for you!
Responsible for the daily Store and Field activities throughout France
Making sure that our members are being served according to our service standards (and beyond that!)
To know what’s going on with our members you will be working for 10-15 hours per week in one of our stores where you are based. It’s the best way to always stay close to our members
You will be travelling on a regular base to make sure you visit all the stores
Making sure that all retail standards are followed in the stores
Be the go-to person for your direct reports, the other Store and Field leads and being able to fix any occurring issues
Come up with ideas on how we can increase activity in France and motivate your team to join!
Responsible for (part of) HR such as hiring and payroll

3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably also with managing a team
You have a service-oriented mindset and you are easy to communicate with
Passionate about biking and/or the mobility sector
Fluent in French and good level of English
Preferably based in Paris, flexible location for internal candidates.
