Swapfiets is looking for a Pricing & Proposition Marketeer to help us achieve our goal of becoming the #1 micromobility brand in the world. Are you an analytical mastermind, but also have a taste for creativity? This role might be just right for you.

Your responsibilities include; developing growth hacks to increase our customer lifetime value, managing pricing and subscription capabilities and implementing AB tests. Sounds great, right? Your responsibilities

  • You coordinate and improve the pricing & proposition of Swapfiets across 9 markets in Europe, with the main goal of increasing the lifetime value of our members;

  • You are responsible for pricing policies & administration. Creating pricing plans, coordinating price changes, setting up pricing tests & continuously monitoring prices of competitors;

  • You act as business owner of subscription & promotion tooling towards the Tech team. To manage subscriptions yourself and support the joint development of new tech capabilities & processes;

  • You support the implementation of promo campaigns to grow our member base and retain current members. You create discount vouchers, make business cases for new promo campaigns and evaluate successes & learnings;

  • You initiate ideas to improve the Swapfiets lifetime value through new proposition elements such as service, theft coverage, bike add-ons;

  • You research new business opportunities & implement cross-functional tests to determine viability;

  • You report to management & key stakeholders on member KPIs such as churn, lifetime value, product upgrades, cross-sells & NPS.

Your profile

  • Higher vocational working and thinking level;

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in Commerce/ Business Analysis / Growth Marketing / Pricing;

  • Preferably experience in a front-runner subscription company (i.e. Telecom, Insurance, Streaming) or consultancy;

  • Demonstrated success in driving growth;

Job requirements

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Works tidy & structured;

  • Hands-on mentality;

  • Interested in learning how to create dashboards and (SQL) data extractions;

  • Fluent in English.
