Swapfiets is looking for a Performance Marketeer to help us achieve our goal of becoming the #1 micromobility brand in the world! Are you a digital guru? Always online and looking for the newest trends in paid socials, advertising platforms & B2C marketing? Are you into analysing the numbers but also have a taste for creativity? You will be working in our Marketing Growth team and collaborating closely with our in-house creative studio, channel marketeers and local market specialists.

After joining our Amsterdam HQ, you will be part of our global expansion, the most exciting time yet in our company’s history! You will have a direct influence on our journey to success. Your responsibilities include; optimizing paid social ROI, creating full funnel campaigns and testing new channels such as display, programmatic, affiliates and partnerships. You will make a significant contribution to the member base growth of Swapfiets and are able to leverage a vast amount of customer data. Sounds great, right?   1. You are responsible for customer acquisition via paid socials (Meta/ TikTok) for all 8 Swapfiets markets, in collaboration with our Member Acquisition Lead and Junior Performance Marketeer

  2. You collaborate with the brand managers, in-house creative studio and channel marketeers to optimally translate full-funnel campaigns to our digital channels

  3. You expand our digital marketing efforts by testing new channels such as display, programmatic, affiliates and partnerships

  4. You translate web analytics, customer insights and input of agencies into actionable learnings to improve our campaign strategy and creatives

  5. You manage the online marketing roadmap, together with the Member Acquisition Lead and Junior Performance Marketeer

  6. You initiate cross-functional projects to strengthen acquisition through test-rides, promotions & online/ in store activations tailored to local market needs

  7. You manage your channel budget and report to key stakeholders and management on your channel ROI and roadmap progress

  8. You stay up-to-date on the latest trends in online advertising, industry best-practices, and competitor activities

Job requirements

  • Higher vocational working - and thinking level

  • 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience in performance marketing (ideally e-commerce, subscription company, agency)

  • Proven track-record in Meta campaign management, experience with other digital advertising channels is preferred

  • Able to analyze acquisition funnels & channel performance in Google Analytics and Excel

  • Strong team player, able to create liaisons with creatives, product owners and agencies

  • Curious mindset, likes to proactively initiate AB tests and innovations

  • Analytical and creative thinker

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads manager, GA and Excel is required. Experience with Hubspot, Smartly, Google Data Studio, Google Ads manager & Tableau is preferred

  • Fluent in English, other European languages (Dutch/ German/ French) are a plus
