We are continuing our growth journey in our expansion in Europe! Hence, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join us and build a sustainable and high standard business. This is a role for an individual who has 3-5 years of experience in preferably an international fast-paced or constructive environment. You will play a critical role in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization where your contribution will make a visible impact everyday.

For our Global Workplace Team we are looking for a: Fulltime Maintenance Coordinator. This opportunity is open for 40 hours a week.

As our Maintenance Coordinator you will be an essential part of our global workplace team.. You will be handling all maintenance requests coming from all Swapfiets locations. Next to that you will be responsible for creating and managing the global maintenance planning. It is very important to keep track of budget and be in close contact with internal and external stakeholders. You are the number one advisor for our internal clients to make sure requests are finished to the highest and most sustainable standard.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling all maintenance request coming in from all Swapfiets locations;

  • Creating and managing the maintenance planning;

  • Following up with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Based on incoming maintenance requests, creating the multi-year maintenance plan;

  • Keeping close contact with various stakeholders and provides expert advise;

  • Keeps track and decides on the maintenance CAPEX budget;

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Higher working- and thinking level

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the constructive area;

  • Technical insights;

  • Excellent in English and local language.

  • In possession of valid driving license

  • Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
