Your goal

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Services (HRS) team in the Netherlands. Your main focus will be correct HR administration and payroll for Germany, Austria and Denmark. It would be great if you already have experience with one (or both) of these countries but if you don't, no worries! We will train you. 

Your responsibilities

  • Correct HR and payroll administration in Germany, Austria and Denmark;

  • Set up contracts and other HR administrations such as in- and out-services, managing personnel files and on- and off boarding;

  • Making sure that the information in AFAS (our HR system) is correct;

  • Flag issues concerning HR systems towards the HR IT team and making sure issues are followed-up;

  • Execute payrolling in time and in full with utmost precision;

  • Managing the HRS mailbox as first point of contact for employees;

  • Support the HR advisors and/or Global HRS Manager with projects;

  • Improve processes related to all HRS workflows;

  • Being aware of HR policies and acting upon these policies in dealing with employee questions.

Your Profile

  • Secondary vocational or higher vocational working and thinking level;

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant HR services or administrative experience;

  • Affinity with labour law. It would be awesome if you already have experience with German, Austrian or Danish labour law but if you don't, we will train you;

  • Fluent in English;

  • A good level of German (Danish would be nice) in reading and speaking (or willing to learn!); 

  • Keen to keep yourself up to date with the knowledge of local labour law & HR systems.
