Your goal

As HR Services Employee (HRS) you will be working mainly with HR colleagues for The Netherlands and New Markets. Also, you are the right hand to our HR Advisors for The Netherlands, Belgium and France, to ensure that our Swapfiets employees do not lack anything. You make sure that the execution of HR administrations and payroll is flawless.

Your responsibilities

  • Correct administration in Belgium and France;

  • Set up contracts and other HR administrations such as in- and out-services, managing personnel files and on- and off boarding;

  • HR training for managers (AFAS and Swapfiets HR basics);

  • Improve processes related to all HRS workflows;

  • Making sure that the information in AFAS is correct;

  • Flag issues concerning HR systems towards the HR IT team and making sure issues are followed-up;

  • Execute payrolling in time and in full with utmost precision;

  • Managing the HRS mailbox as first point of contact for employees;

  • Support the Senior HRS Employee and/or Global HRS Manager with projects;

  • Being aware of HR policies and acting upon these policies in dealing with employee questions.

Your Profile

  • Secondary vocational or higher vocational working and thinking level;

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant HR services experience;

  • Knowledge of local labour law in Belgium;

  • Knowledge of local labour law in France (or want to learn!);

  • Knowledge of Dutch, English and French (or want to learn!) language, speaking, reading and writing;

  • Keen to keep yourself up to date with the knowledge of local labour law & HR systems.
