For our People & Culture (P&C) team we are looking for a full time People Operations / HR Administration Specialist for Belgium.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Services (HRS) team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, or working remotely from Belgium. Your main focus will be correct HR administration and payroll for Belgium. It is absolutely mandatory that you already have experience with Belgium HR services and labor law!
In this role you will be supporting and advising the business on all aspects of the administrative HR processes. You will receive questions and requests from employees and managers that you will answer or direct to the right contact person. Besides that, there is still a lot to develop and of course room for your own initiatives. This year we will be implementing our new HR-admin software and you will become part of making sure we are launching it in a correct and awesome manner.
Correct HR and payroll administration in Belgium;
Set up contracts and other HR administrations such as in- and out-of-services, managing personnel files and on- and off boarding;
Making sure that the information in our HR systems is always correct;
Flag issues concerning HR systems towards the HR IT team and making sure issues are followed-up;
Execute payrolling in time and in full with utmost precision;
Managing the HRS mailbox as first point of contact for employees;
Support the HR advisors and/or Global HRS Manager with projects;
Improve processes related to all HRS workflows;
Being aware of HR policies and acting upon these policies in dealing with employee questions.
Secondary vocational or higher vocational working and thinking level;
Experience with HR services or administration (Belgian experience is mandatory);
Affinity and knowledge of Belgian labor law.
Fluent in English and French (Dutch/Flemish is preferred);
Open to relocate to Amsterdam area or work remotely from Belgium;
Keen to keep yourself up to date with the knowledge of Belgian labor law & our HR systems.
