Your Goal
In this role, we are looking for a Global Health Safety and Environment manager with a passion for safety. You are responsible for creating and maintaining a high safety culture and making sure everyone at Swapfiets works safely and responsibly.

Your Responsibilities
You define the HSE company strategy based on the management board safety vision and drive the roadmap for its implementation in warehouses and stores.
You develop and maintain the HSE plans, programs and training globally.
You lead & develop the Health Safety Environment team.
You work with all the local teams to advise them on safety matters.
You ensure that the HSE priorities are integrated with the priorities and values of Swapfiets.
You define and manage the budget for HSE.
You enforce EU, national and international safety regulations, and are the Swapfiets representative towards regulatory authorities.
You advise the Management Team and the Leadership Team on all safety, health and welfare matters to ensure the Company complies with its statutory obligations.
You ensure a globalization and harmonization of the HSE good practices.
Job requirements
Your Profile
Master level Education on Health, Safety and Environment;
5 - 7 years of work experience in health safety and environment;
Proactive and strategic mentality;
Independent worker
Able to lead and coach a team
Excellent in English
