We are continuing our growth journey in our expansion in Europe! Hence, we are looking for a Facilities Service Manager to join us and build a sustainable and high standard business. This is a role for an individual who has 3-5 years of experience in preferably an international fast-paced or constructive environment. You will play a critical role in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization where your contribution will make a visible impact everyday.

For our Global Workplace Team we are looking for a: Fulltime Facilities Service Manager. This opportunity is open for 40 hours a week. You will lead the Maintenance Coordinator.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Owning the strategic facility plan and creating long term global solutions;

  • Deciding and managing global collaboration with different suppliers for services;

  • Responsible for the running facilities contracts;

  • Implementation of the new providers to all Warehouses and stores;

  • Leading the purchase of global ( office ) supplies;

  • Owning the cost strategy for all facility services;

  • Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining all services related processes in our warehouses and stores.


Your profile:

  • Higher working- and thinking level

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the constructive area;

  • Technical insights;

  • Excellent in English and local language.

  • In possession of valid driving license

  • Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
