What will you be doing?

Are you a structured and very organized professional with experience in project management and a passion for creativity? If so, we want you to join our in-house Creative team at Swapfiets!

As Creative Project Manager, you’ll report into our Head of Brand & Creative, and will work closely with our Creative Lead, Copywriter, Digital Content Creator, Graphic Designer and Interns to run the show from a briefing and process standpoint. 

You’ll be the conduit between the wider Swapfiets team (brand managers, store & field leads, internal stakeholders, external agencies, freelancers etc) and the creative team, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. This includes establishing clear deliverables, prioritizing and helping the team meet challenging deadlines. You’ll be involved in all creative briefs and get the chance to build and implement ways of working to ensure the creative requests from different areas are delivered on time, in full. You will be responsible for the flow of work in the creative department and towards our translation agency. 

Your responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for all visual & creative requests from the organization.

  • Booking and managing the creative teams timelines and briefs.

  • Planning and managing creative projects across different departments, markets and languages.

  • Prioritizing all creative projects and requests at different stages of execution and ensuring timely feedback and delivery.

  • Ensure optimal workflows and transparency to stakeholders.

  • Responsible for managing the Creative roadmap and setting priorities alongside the Head of Brand & Creative.

  • Planning, facilitating and tracking continuous improvement efforts within the Creative Team, including defining and rolling out agile sprint workflow.

  • Managing the content production and translation budgets. 

  • Managing freelance pool and resources effectively, ensuring high efficiency and ROI.

Job requirements

Your profile
You are the most organized person in the room and an expert in time management. You are an excellent and clear communicator, are not afraid to negotiate deadlines with different stakeholders, but also know how to work your magic to ensure the team’s deliverables are met! Next to this you will bring:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role and/or industry.

  • Great project management and organization skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a big eye for detail.

  • Proactiveness and forward thinking, always looking for ways to optimize ways of working.

  • Excellent collaborator, proven ability to work with teams.

  • Able to easily adapt your communication style to deal with stakeholders from different levels of seniority.

  • Fluent in English (Dutch, German, Danish or French is a big plus).

  • Experience in working in a diverse work environment.

  • Great at Excel & full command of the Google app suite.

  • You will be based at our Amsterdam HQ, so you live in Amsterdam or are willing to relocate to this city.
