WE ARE SWAPFIETS!
We are Swapfiets - the first bike subscription worldwide. With our concept, we are turning the bicycle world upside down. It all started as a start-up in Delft (Holland) with 40 used bikes, and now we are active in more than 50 cities in 9 countries with our self-designed bikes - including London! How did we manage to do that? Through our service! So today we already convince more than 250.000 satisfied members. But we want to go much further and for that we need you!

Your daily Swapfiets ride involves:

• Assembly and inspection of new bicycles, including our e-bikes;

• Repair and maintenance of bicycles as well as e-bikes, of various complexities;

• Assistance with regular safety and quality checks;

• Recording of repairs through our database system;

• Handling of special cases with our bikes, e.g. accident bikes, which are subject to proof for the police/insurance;

• Close cooperation with the store team so that everything is running smoothly at all times.

Your optimal gear for the ride:

• You are available part-time (22.5 hours)

• You have affinity with bikes and service

• You are able to work independently but also enjoy working together with other mechanics

• You speak English fluently

• Preferably, you have at least 1 year of relevant working experience as a bike mechanic.
