For our Finance Team we are looking for a: Fulltime Bike Hunting Coordinator. This opportunity is open for 40 hours a week.

As our Bike Hunting Coordinator you will have an amazing impact on getting back our missing bikes. In this job you will become fully responsible for making sure we get bikes back to their rightful users. You have an analytical mind and a passion for justice. In this role you will be setting up procedures for bike surveillance and city sweeps (a.k.a. getting the bikes back). 


As of this year we are using trackers on our bikes. So it’s up to you to oversee and improve our hunting process. This will also mean that you will have close contact with the authorities and marketplaces to prevent bikes getting sold. Next to that you will define the find-to-recover process, and you are going to set up other surveillance methods to prevent any missing stock.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for the recovery of bikes (non paying members & theft);

  • Setting up  global procedures for bike surveillance & city sweeps;

  • Overseeing and improving the bike hunting process for connected bikes;

  • Liaise with online marketplaces and police to prevent sales via these channels (Marktplaats, Facebook, etc);

  • Improving / setting up bike hunting process for bikes set to missing due to doubtful debt;

  • Distinguish and set up other surveillance opportunities;

  • Define and manage the Find-to-Recover process (End-to-End).

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • HBO working or academic working and thinking level;

  • Familiar with setting up processes and process improvements

  • Familiar with fraud and theft procedures

  • Knowledge of operating procedures

  • Fluent in English and/or local language.
