Bike Hunter | Paris

Swapfiets is the bike subscription that ensures the availability of a working bike at any time of the year. Our mission: to make cities more liveable by offering an eco-responsible mobility solution.

Swapfiets, a Dutch start-up founded in 2014, is already well known and recognized in all the Nordic countries! Present in Paris since 2020, we want to move up a gear and expand our team. Building on our success, it is now time for us to formalize a strategic position, which is Bike Hunter.

Are you ready for your adventure at Swapfiets?
As a Bike Hunter, you will be responsible for tracking down bikes reported stolen by our customers. Using our technology and software, you will be able to locate the bikes and take action as quickly as possible!
You will also be responsible for checking that our subscribers are on the right subscription.
In addition to these two tasks, you will be asked to collect some of our unpaid bikes. To do this you will be equipped with a bike and trailer or a small van. Is the bike hunt can be more complicated than expected? You know how to keep things in perspective and call in the local authorities if necessary.

📋 You will be responsible for

• Organising your "Citysweeps" rounds to recover as many bikes as possible (Bad debt, Missings, upgrades) ;

• Reporting your achievements to the Country Manager;

• Setting up an efficient tour system;

• Proactively following up on bikes reported stolen.

💡Your profile

• A hunter's soul and a do-gooder, you will make people happy!

• Affinity for cycling as well as a good knowledge of Paris

• Sense of orientation in the city while respecting the highway code ;

• Sense of service;

• Good communication skills in French and/or English.

• Ideally, a B driving licence with good driving experience;
