For our B2B department we are looking for a full time B2B Sales Support for the Netherlands and Belgium.


What you will be doing:

It's our goal to get even more companies and therefore people on our Swapfiets and that is why we are looking for a new B2B Sales Support employee. It will be your goal to actively expand our B2B client base while keeping EPIC service to our existing customers.


In order to help us obtain our mission, we are looking for young talent that wants to start building experience in the Sales and Account management industry. You will have a diverse role in which you’d be responsible for supporting our Partnership Managers to enable the growth and service of our B2B clients. How? By making sure we have the right contracts and service in place for all our large key accounts. Furthermore, you are the primary point of contact for all our clients in case they have any questions or service-requests. In this role you are, and remain, a central and important link in the satisfaction of our large business customers. Furthermore, you can help us obtain our growth ambitions by proactively reaching out to new prospects and leads 🚀


The B2B department consists of a young and vibrant team, working at our headquarters in Amsterdam. You will be our first point of contact for handling incoming leads and giving epic service. All whilst keeping our (financial) administration and delivery schedules orderly and up-to-date. Furthermore you will assist with outbound sales and projects to improve our processes.


A general workday?

You arrive at our headquarters on the Molukkenstraat in Amsterdam Oost and find a spot next to your favorite colleague(s). One of your colleagues has already brought you a nice cup of coffee and you check your inbox for recent customer questions while enjoying your favorite Spotify playlist. 

 

After the daily standup, you are ready to start your day! You make sure to manage any service-requests from our B2B clients and making sure they’re happy. Furthermore, you support and enable the Partnership Managers to close new deals and contracts and make sure these bikes hit the streets. 

Time for lunch! What will it be today? A croque monsieur, soup and sandwich, or a fresh salad lovingly prepared by our lunch heroes. The rest of the afternoon you will do your best in answering incoming questions. As the day comes to a close you often join for a company bike ride or for a drink on Friday for the company ‘borrel’. You are a close team and besides working hard there is also lots of laughter!


Your responsibilities 

  • Supportive is your middle name; you enjoy helping our customers and can service them in both English and Dutch (French is preferred, but not mandatory), via phone or email.

  • You send out contracts;

  • You're a real planner, together with the operations team, you will make sure that the bikes are delivered at the right place and time;

  • You schedule appointments like repairs, exchanges or pick-ups, sometimes up to 50 at a time;

  • You answer questions about invoices and can correct them if needed;

  • You like stakeholder management, both for our B2B accounts as well as our internal stakeholders;

  • Your commercial attitude ensures that you don’t miss an opportunity to acquire new leads or generate more sales through aftercare.

Job requirements

Your profile 

  • You have the passion to join our B2B team, and you are sales- and customer experience- oriented;

  • Whilst reading this, you have already become excited to start helping companies and their employees get on their new Swapfiets;

  • You are customer friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to service our clients;

  • You have some experience in a service environment;

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;

  • You can handle responsibility and feel responsible for the complete B2B process;

  • You don’t see problems, you see opportunities;

  • You’re a team player; because you know that, with a good (and fun!) team, you achieve more!

NOTE: This role is based in Amsterdam HQ.
