B2B Sales Support Lead

Your goal

Swapfiets is looking for a new B2B Sales Support Lead who wants to take our B2B Sales Support department to a higher level. Are you a sales-driven team player who is always looking for ways to improve internal processes and sales performance? Then look no further!

In this role you will be responsible to lead and provide effective guidance to our B2B Sales Support team (a young and vibrant team consisting of 4 colleagues at HQ and 2 in Germany). You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As the B2B Sales Support Lead, you will be our first point of contact for all our team members, so excellent communication and time management is key. The ideal candidate is proactively monitoring Sales Support performance (growth in subscriptions, response time, no. of contracts signed, timely invoicing etc.) to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration with the B2B account managers. You will be reporting to the B2B & Partnerships Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Leads the B2B Sales Support Team in all the territories;
  • Monitors targets and KPI’s for the Sales Support team; such as number of new subscriptions, response times, pending contracts to be signed etc.
  • Overviews the B2B sales support processes; such as drafting contracts, sending monthly invoices, managing operational flows (first deliveries, swaps etc) and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Signaling opportunities and manage process improvement; such as automation of sign-on processes, improvement of payment processes; development of delivery proposition.
  • Maintains contact with the B2B & Partnerships account managers and the Customer Service about the B2B incoming questions from clients/customers.
  • Coaches the Sales Support team on lead generation and cold calling of smaller customers and handling inbound sales.


    Your profile

    • Higher vocational work and thinking level;
    • 1 - 3 years of working experience in a service orientated environment;
    • Whilst reading this you have already become excited to start helping companies and their employees get on their new Swapfiets;
    • You are customer friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to service our clients;
    • You have adequate knowledge of HOK (our system) and planning appointments;
    • You are fluent in Dutch and English. German language skills is a plus;
    • You can handle responsibility;
    • Proactive and always looking for new ways to improve sales performance;
    • Stress is a word you don’t know; you perform better under pressure;
    • You’re a team player; because you know that, with a good (and fun!) team, you achieve more!
