Description du Poste

As the HR Advisor for our operational teams in the Netherlands and Belgium you will be responsible for making sure that Swapfiets is and remains an amazing employer. You will be working mainly with our operational managers to make sure that they are aware of ongoing HR related matters, outside and inside Swapfiets. Besides that it’s your responsibility that our HR strategies and processes are being implemented within the Dutch and Belgian operations.


Your Responsibilities

  • Re- and co-creates global HR strategy, processes, standards, guidelines, trainings etc. to local requirements that is compliant with the local labour laws and collective labour agreements / unions;
  • Advises the Territory Manager(s) on HR topics for the Netherlands and Belgium;
  • Recruits, evaluates and retains employees in the operations in the Netherlands and Belgium in line with the global guidelines (in case relevant);
  • Acts as first point of contact for managers in case of managerial HR related questions;
  • Participates in global HR projects and always owns a piece of the pie;
  • Executes local recruitment process, if applicable and only for the roles that are relevant to hire by HR (in case relevant);
  • Develops managers by training them on HR topics (that is relevant for line managers);
  • Overlooks the happy flow of the employee journey in the countries & flags the right things to others (e.g. Academy / HRIS);

Exigences

Your Profile

  • Higher vocational or academic working and thinking level;
  • 4-7 years of working experience in HR in a fast growing organization;
  • Knowledge of local employment law in the Netherlands and Belgium;
  • Able to switch between strategic and operational tasks;
  • Show agility to change and willingness to make HR better at Swapfiets;
  • Excellent in English and Dutch/Flemish, and preferably French;
  • Experience with/open to new cultures and ways of thinking since you will be working closely with our international HR team!
