That means reducing traffic congestion, increasing freedom of movement, and happier, healthier people. Part of this mission? Declaring war on unnecessary waste. How? Through circularity. Simple. We build higher-quality bikes that break down less often, which saves our members the usual hassles of bike ownership. To put it simply - what’s good for you, is good for us, is good for our planet.
As a Performance Marketeer in our Amsterdam HQ, you will be responsible for strengthening the market leader position of Swapfiets. Focusing on customer acquisition across 9 European markets, you will be responsible for taking Swapfiets online marketing to the next level. Optimize funnels and acquisition costs through continuous innovation and testing, but above all finding the best approach with everyone in the company to get more people on a Swapfiets bike. You will be operating within our performance marketing team, working closely with brand specialists, Tech team, our data-team and our visual designers.
Managing the Google Platform Performance Marketing for all countries
Setting up Google campaigns for relevant departments and marketing ends
Creating customer insights based on their online behavior
Defining the best profitable target group for performance marketing based in data
Deliver input & contribute to the digital team strategy to optimize SEO
Actively contribute to the definition of the yearly performance strategy and budget allocation
Consulting and building relationships with key accounts/partners (Google) and evaluating opportunities
Advising Brand Marketeers by creating campaign forecasts and scenarios
Managing and owning the budget
Managing Performance marketing measurements and tracking (Google Tag manager)
Taking out relevant insights of Google Analytics, advising stakeholders on strategy
Building and improving Data Studio dashboards
Collaborating with the Web Analyst to improve performance

3+ years of working experience with running Google Search campaigns independently
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
Proven knowledge of SEO practices
Willing to take ownership and advise stakeholders on improvement opportunities
Experience with Google Data Studio dashboards is a strong advantage
Knowledge of other platforms Facebook/Snapchat/TikTok is nice to have
Possession of both analytical and creative thinking is preferred
Experience with B2C products/services
Excellent in English, other European languages are a plus.
